Hey! I’m Oskar Świerad. I’ve worked in game dev since 2010. I shipped Cyberpunk 2077, following with texpansion Phantom Liberty as a Lead Technical Artist. After that, I’ve worked on the next Witcher title on Unreal Engine 5.

I started Tech Art Aid in 2016 to empower game creators by teaching them best practices from real production experience. In my courses I do my best to make learning efficient. I put an emphasis on quality, deep research and clarity for every video. The goal is to build a comprehensive resource about shaders, procedural techniques, programming art tools and the best optimization practices.​

Tech Art Aid YouTube channel was featured in Epic Games’ live stream, Polycount’s front page and on the popular news site 80.lv. I was awarded a MegaGrant by Epic Games in 2020 for my contribution to the Unreal Engine community.
